-I am in a war with my downstairs neighbor. Unfortunately our walls are thin. You can hear everything. Recently, if i drop something or even walk across the floor, my downstairs neighbor bangs on his ceiling. REALLY? are we two years old? If you have a problem with the construction of the building, take it up with the owners, ya jerk! It takes all my control to not stomp right back in response. How can I handle this?!
